5pm MUSIC Santiago and the pulgas Band. Santiago Rebagliati lays the groundwork, weaving a foundation of looped percussion and guitar. He mixes Spanish, English and Brazilian vocals to create a full sounding Latin music act. FREE. Venue: Elizabeth Cafe & Larder

9.30pm – 1am MUSIC / DJ Join us at the Mount Social Club every FRIDAY for your weekly dose of low slung beats and snazzy snaps, sly raps and jazzy high hats with the local vibe architect Mufasa (NZ) on that turntable tip, sifting through the sexy low end of the spectrum to find that elusive perfect groove. 12pm – 3.30pm MOVEMENT Posture Clinic with Lucas Miles on the Bikram Series. Described as “the ultimate dharma bum: part poet-surfer, part beer-soaked goof, part deeply self-aware mentor”. We can guarantee you will enjoy this day with Lucas and gain an understanding of the series that will immediately change your yoga practice.
